Hello! Scince Bot API 5.5 (https://core.telegram.org/bots/api-changelog#december-7-2021), "Bots are now allowed to
contact users who sent a join request to a chat where the bot is an administrator with the can_invite_users administrator right – even if the user never interacted with the bot before.".
Today, i tryed to do this, send message to user, who sended request, but after 5 minuts, i got "telegram.error.Unauthorized: Forbidden: bot can't initiate conversation with a user".
I asked in other chat, and got answer, "there is a limit of time after the request when you can send messages"
In changelogs (and all internet) i didn't found any info about it, soo, i'm here to ask somebody, did it officially mentioned in docs?

Read The bot can use this identifier for 24 hours to send messages until the join request is processed, assuming no other administrator contacted the user.
