have a Bot added to a Supergroup and the bot wrote a Message to that group, how long can the same bot account delete that message?

2. Same as 1, but for editing

3. What is the Rate Limit for Point 1?

4. What is the Rate Limit for Point 2?

5. Is there a difference if its a Private chat between that Bot account and my personal account?
