Telegram server is unable to fetch the media from the url.

And I don't remember sendmedia being an actual telegram bot api method 🤔

Are you sure that it is pointing right into a file? Sometimes websites are using Javascript to start download and it wont work in that case

Don't really mind this if it will work at the end. Maybe library just calls sendphoto/audio/document depending on content type or maybe that's just a method that's not on method list
