You can do a proposal! Like BURN-XTN project didn’t
There is pool creator income from every trade in the pool, this is not shared with liquidity providers. It maybe more profitable for DAO to create a new pool and take advantage of this, than put liquidity in other pools. And if it put liquidity in highest APY pools, there is increased risk when DAO have to sell Puzzle/XTN to buy other assets from these pools. Biggest APY now are farm token, it seems like big risk when there is only 220$ liquidity. DAO would just pump them and people will dump and DAO will instant lose a lot of money. Same with spice pool.

The pump risk is also why Ivan only put a small amount of XTN from Burn-XTN proposal into burn pool every day, over an entire year. To not pump and dump the price and ose a lot of money.
