Help in my bot!!! i have already set cmd list in

my bot like
OK. Send me a list of commands for your bot. Please use this format:

command1 - Description
command2 - Another Description
but when i want to add new cmd in my bot i need to update all this cmd1,,2,3 and so on and old get removed
so I dont access old cmd list
how tp add only possible???
