Your bot is just executing actions that you tell it. This is just a user account controller by a program. For example, imagine a shop. Without a bot, manager is writing all messages by himself. You MUST fully learn programming because you can develop a bot. A bot is just a different Telegram account. You then program it to do certain things. For example, your code "tells" the Telegram server what do do. At the same time you can program your bot to do different things in the background, unrelated to Telegram. But keep in mind that everything you want to happen, you need to program yourself.
