Hey does anyone have information on the bot API limitations
beyond what's mention in the FAQ? Specifically, do calls for tasks other than sending messages (editing text, callback handling, editing reply markup) count towards the limit? Also, are the limits completely separate for individual groups, or is there a shared hard cap across all groups?

You can investigate current limitations, it is simple. But you should remember that only limitations in FAQ are guaranteed. Limitations that you will find, may be changed any time
