Anyone here having issues with their bot suddenly erroring out

with "Bad Request: PHOTO_THUMB_URL_EMPTY" even though thumbnail_url is set?
The weird fact is that it only happens on one particular bot username, if I switch my code to my dev bot username it works.
Possible Telegram API bug? It worked yesterday so it's something completely new.
