I did. Again it’s always gone through within a few minutes before. Have included the account reference as usual so there should be a record of it on Crypto.coms end
There’s been some regulatory changes in the UK lately. It might be related to that. Maybe it’s down to your bank? Best suggestion is to contact support through the app chat and/or your bank. Also peek into the UK community, they might have more insights.
I sent it from Revolut, a much more crypto friendly account than the average high street bank. I did notice some new things to agree to when I clicked the deposit link in the app but they went through ok. I’ll check out the uk forum though. My previous deposit was on Sept 25th and that went through without any problems.
Officially Revolut hasn’t been supported for quite a while for GBP transfers. It has been reported to be working though.
It’s worked fine for me on several occasions. The transaction says that it’s been sent to cryptocoms account so it should be there somewhere.
I’ve just sent a message to support through the app with transfer details so hopefully someone will find it and credit my account.

I’m going to bed soon but at least I’ve managed to initiate contact about it. The app doesn’t have the easiest contact system to be honest. Lots of pop up choices instead of a straightforward ‘send a message’ option.
