Hello! Is there a message sending queue in the API?
my process has ended but messages are still coming

Afaik no for bot api. If you got an error while sending request telegram won't retry by itself. And if you don't send new ones you won't send new messages. There is a chance that it is related to connection pool but i don't think that that's the reason

Because such things are called updates and not messages. That changes everything
