I make my bot in such a way so that

,it will send a lot of message to users, so if i send suppose 500 message to one user in one minute, so bot will detect as a spammer and my bot will get banned ????

It won't get banned but it will be rate limited. However I would just block a bot that sends me even 10 messages without my commands

Spam and flood are different things. Spam is only related to advertisement
