Good afternoon. I am writing a bot to automate processes within
the company for orders.
I read the information about the limits, ok - no more than 30 messages per second can be sent to different recipients
But I didn’t find information in the documentation: let’s say, if I need to massively delete messages in a private chat (I have message IDs), and these limits (30 messages per second) apply to the commands: delete message, edit message, edit inline buttons etc?
That is, for those types of commands/messages that do not involve sending a message in the form of text/picture/document/audio, etc.?

the limit is not for "sending messages" the limit is for "api calls that are coming from your bot initiative"
