on Telegram.
But will still be censured due to store’s policy. Which anyway, they still allow it to be enabled through TDesktop / web.telegram.org.
Why do you think there is a sensibility filter there? 🤨

They heavily rely on countries laws. Play store and spp store are trying to fight with nsfw aswell afaik, so bot may be disabled in such devices. And if I remember right this guy is from india, where porn is banned
