Hey, i've got a serious problem with a deposit of USDC.e from Polygon which wasn't credited since it's not supported anymore. I have been trying to solve it with the support for days now, but they don't send it back. I have even agreed to the 100 USDT fee and topped it up in my app. Now, another guy from support is answering my email and asks to verify me again. When i do that he says the information is wrong. But it's not. It was already accepted by the first support guy. What is going on? I really, really need my funds back. It was a large amount for me. Why is no one finishing my request, when we have already discussed all the details?
