I tried to run Bot API server locally, I've installed

all requirements, And I built it.

I ran this command in Windows Terminal:
./telegram-bot-api api-id 123 api-hash agha2 --local

But I'm getting (Connection Refused).

Can anyone tell me?

I'm trying to open this link via curl:
http://localhost:8081/bot123:abc/getMe

I want only to check if I'll get unauthorized or not.

P.S. I'm using WSL 2
