I have a question about monetary policy, is there ever

a case where there would be two concurrently active monetary policy contracts? it's possible to add new markets with a different policy and to update the policy for old markets, but is that just in case there's a need for an update of the policy contract? technically there should only be 1 active policy?

AFAIK the curve emission is an immutable contract hence monetary policy is immutable.
