The answer came in unexpectedly: I just receive edited_message update every ~30 seconds with updated location :D

And one of the updates parameters is "location"? Which updater is that? Smth from python-telegram-bot?

Yup, location is in update It is just /getupdates call, I don't like giving the longpolling job to libraries
