If you think that KYC is give some points in this investigation against exploiter, your are pretty noob. That’s doesn’t work like that for different reasons. Fake KYC, swap from non kyc service who send directly from nance and etc. We need to find smart way to find the enemy, not just technical, but also tactical. My skills and experience can help in this case, but I need to get some start point. So just explain me, what did I speculated there?
