So we need a tx, screenshot, something so we can

investigate further. simply saying your friend had loans that they couldn't repay without any information doesn't help us investigate your claim.... do you have anything liek that?

Of course. I will dig more into it and will share when I have more information.

thank you

Got further information on the topic "no repay possible". Start: Position was close to SL --> price continues to fall --> oracle jumps into band 1, but SL has not yet started (exchange/arbitrage in crvUSD). --> Wait until exchange/arbitrage begins, but price continues to fall and oracle jumps through the 4 bands before even one of the bands turns "gray", i.e. has been exchanged into crvUSD. No chance to perform a repay. The only possibility would have been to push the bands further down by adding collateral. Problem: Oracle was to fast for 4 bands. During high volatility and high leverage (or borrowing up to max crvUSD) and 4 bands, crvUSD SL can be to slow. Do you agree or what can we do in this situation beside "repay more collateral to shift bands down" (more bands is clear)?

Michael
You can peform a repay if it is large enough there

Yes but only if part of bands are „gray“ (collateral switched to crvUSD). But if this doesn’t happened (also partly) because oracle moves to fast thru all 4 bands, there is no chance for repay. Or do I miss something here?
