Hi guys I have a trouble in rabbitmq. i wrote multiple consumers

in python by pika wrapper.
i used confirm while publishing message to ensure publishing is done or not.
but most of times even when there is no load on rabbit, messages are not sent to rabbit.
I don`t know why this is happen.
I want to monitor rabbitmq, for this section I only have access to rabbit API to see count of messages in the queues and getting other statistics.
Is there anyone to have this issue and know how to solve this issue?
