I sent USDT to solana network from huobi it has been two days but still my funds havent arrived, what's wrong?

I have just got this email from Huobi saying that tx failed but I cannot see my funds in my balance, what's the problem? Are my funds gone? I was trying to withdraw to Solana ...

Honestly what is wrong with Huobi? It has been three days since I sent my funds from Huobi to Solana but still haven't arrived. Other Cex are working good.
