Hi guys I am.learning java programming.I have got question.How.can i send a text file from my pc to multiple pc through network?(without tcp (server client)) technology

I would like to know*how i can edit or update .txt document with in java?which method your recommend to me?i could try tcp/ip method.but it is not good way
