What happened to we will be able to trade $usdl this month under the teams terms?

I’m confused by the news….is it Groot became circular finance and they are now the home Dex on lgcy network, and myriadex is canceled or I’m im misunderstanding?

What does it show tho if there’s no transactions happening?

How is lgcy network even going to get volume when arbitrum can’t even get volume?

So is dextober going to happen with zero build up?
