Wasn't the initial goal of ENF to make the price of EOS rise? If the price cannot increase, does ENF have a reason to exist?

Can we skip the discussion about B1 for now? ENF is in power and should listen to the community's opinions.

Setting aside the past, is there a possibility for B1 and ENF to collaborate in the future for the benefit of EOS holders?
