Guys if I deployed a new token to the tezos blockchain is it possible for me to make a new liquidity pool on metamask for new token/tezos pair ?

Guys if I call my fa1.2 contract to mint 100 tokens and then call the mint entry point again to mint 1000 tokens will the speed be the same or does it take longer to mint more...
