Where can I see the distribution of the tokens? With all the transactions?

Hi everyone How can I check the apy% of the smartflow Q3(not worker node, just stacking)?

If I am already normally stacking I would need to create a worker node and keep my pc running to get more rewards?

I am not recieving any rewards from my staking, is there any step I may have missed? Could someone please tell me the steps for staking? Thanks
