Umbria support is calling me to recrefy my wallet?? My ETNs are not showed up ther after i add luiquidity. Can this be a real support?

Is there an Problem with the bridge to umbria? I added some ETN to the pool, i can see them at Etherscan as eETN but they ar not shown at the pool. Support there is very slow....
