Can someone explain something to me? Celsius filed chapter 11 cause they want to resume operations, that would entail that they will reopen withdrawals at some point otherwise...
If I recall correctly those that withdrew from Celsius in the 2 months prior to the chapter 11 filing can be asked to return the coins?
