which distro do you suggest for newbies?

Guys am making a bootable linux mint on my flash disk using Rufus...under file system, should i leave it to FAT 32 or change it to NTFS??

where do i start from?😊😊 Am new here.... n am unable to install Linux n Windows together in my PC....any ideas good people?😊😊

if u are installing Linux then use dd as your default...which bootable stick tool are u using? Rufus?
