hey guys, in order to stake my NOIA , can I send them directly from Kucoin to my ETH address on my ledger in order to stake them?

ok so that means there was 1 transaction to unstake and then another in 15 days to "transfer them to wallet" ?

or maybe this goes with the unstaking 15 days after ?
