If the transaction was coming from an exchange that might also be the issue. They often have delays in actually sending transactions. Do you have a transaction ID?

Do you have ability to send the Algo in the wallet you have the private key from to a new wallet? Creating a new wallet in pera and sending it the Algo would be my suggestion.
Make sure you have the most upto date version of trust wallet. Has the exchange given you a tx id? Often they are delayed in actually initiating the transaction.
You have your 25 words correct or did coinomi just give you the private key string? I

When you say moved did you send funds to a new wallet created with Pera, or did you import by entering the 25 words?
