What’s the best bridge to go from L2 to Fraxtal?

Is there a mechanism in place to transfer locked FXS to a new address? Something like Synthetix has?

I suppose that assumes people move their funds outside of Frax. Aren’t most of us here for the same reason? I’d just redeploy somewhere else not paired with a dead stablecoin.
