What are the timelines for moving from v.01 to v.02?

But 0.1 stakers are already inside for a year. So my question is do they start at 0% like they are new stakers or..?

Will 0.1 stakers that migrate to 0.2 enjoy the benefit of no ramp up period because they already been in 0.1 for a year? Or will everybody start at 0?
