Sub blocks won’t be on every transaction right? It’s a feature that can be used if wanted? Is that how it’ll work? Aka sidechain

Not sure why to lend you only get .04 APY on your rsERG but if you borrow it’s 3.56%. Why such a big spread? Anyone on The liquidfinance team know ? Or anyone else?

Question for @kushti_ru : when originally creating ergo did you assume 4% designated for the treasury would be enough to push it to success? And do you still hold that view?
