guys is it normal that banxa is asking for my selfie ? then after selfie they asked for card separate picture both sides ?! they refuse to approve my purchase with cc .. anyon...

guys I accidentally bought 50USDT with a credit card on gate.io via banxa but I was not logged in, eventually the purchase went through but I obviously didn't receive the USDT...

so for countries like Germany, we can do spot but we also must withdraw our funds before 10 April ? Can any admin please confirm ?
