Guys is it normal that banxa is asking for my

selfie ? then after selfie they asked for card separate picture both sides ?! they refuse to approve my purchase with cc .. anyone also having or had this issue with banxa before ?

no error messages, seems you did not read my message, after submitting a purchase through Banxa, they sent me an email few hours later asking for a selfie while holding a paper with some information on it and the cc, I sent it to them, they replied wanting another separate picture of the cc both sides
