I took part in the parachains a couple of years back... Does anyone know when the tokens get released and how many we get ?

Was there a token unlock from last June at all ? Trying to work out why it collapsed so much ?

What's the staking rewards on hex ?

I just check my contribution and I gave 50 dot which is worth not alot now. My question is do I receive any more glmr at the end of the staking period ?
