is a worker node the same as a full node? i am trying to figure out what to set up but am confused by the different options tbh

so if i want to run the worker node i send ewt via ewt network to that address and then i uplift the ew tokens from ewc to ewx in the app and then i can stake?

can i add to it and then the overall amount exceed 1000 ewx and its valid as a worker node?
