ошибки диска/фс исключены?

PANIC: could not fsync file "base/57297/15693139": Bad file descriptor Вот эта запись крайне смущает Либо с диском беда либо с памятью (скорее всего именно с памятью)

Еще раз проверим

Нет, скорее всего антивирус мешал.
