Если запускаю приложение через RDP, то приложение падает со следующими ошибками:

Насколько я понимаю падает в «directxdatabasehelper.cpp(652)\d3d9.dll».
Есть решение этой проблемы?

по возможности, попробуйте пересесть на последнюю ветку 5.15 — всё остальное навряд-ли кто-то будет пытаться поддерживать
