Telebot is older than Telegraf, but i see Telegraf has same syntax like :

Telebot:
bot.on(['/start', '/hello'], (msg) => msg.reply.text('Welcome!'));

Telegraf:
bot.on(['/start', '/hello'], ctx => ctx.reply('Welcome!'));

For information Telebot developer working on the library now to update it
