recently received feedback from you about the following page in the Cognito documentation:

Your comments were:
What I'm trying to do: I am trying to implement my own user service based on AWS Cognito.
What to make better: Hi!
Consider the following page: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/limits.html#resource-quotas
In "User Pools resource quotas" table there are two lines:
Minimum and maximum characters in password 6 – 99
Maximum characters in password 256
For me as for end-user it's unclear which exactly limit is applied here: 99 or 256 symbols?
Can you clarify it in the documentation?
Thanks in advance!
I'm sorry that you're having difficulty finding the information you need. The maximum length of a password in Amazon Cognito is 256 characters. The maximum value that you can set as the minimum password length in a user pool password policy is 99, allowing users to set passwords of 99-256 characters in length. We will clarify this in our documentation.
