selling and buying, and those are the reasons why the price "was stuck" in september, aren't people who knows about hex waiting for PLS so they can buy and sell with a almost zero dollar gas fee? The buying part, i can comprehend... because PLS will "replicate" the same amount of coins from HEX to the PLS hex, but the selling part.... doesn't make sense to me.... because is there people who really know about hex, and by consecuence PLS, selling their coins, cashing out, paying a expensive gas fee, just beacuse......(enter reason here)
