My $woo has been on bancor for months but the

multiplier is still sitting at 1X. how do i fix that?

Hi there! Please note that the following actions will reset your multiplier for ALL staked positions back to x1 1. Claim rewards from a pool without re-staking them to a whitelisted pool 2. Withdraw some/all of a position prior to claiming rewards 3. Transfer from a pool to a different wallet Claiming rewards: Multipliers get reset if you claim, but not if you claim+stake in a whitelisted pool Keep in mind if you do withdraw you re-gain your multiplier at 0.25x per week until 2x after 4 weeks. 😃
