Из ЕС не нужно, из не ЕС , не заполнять только , если есть вакцинация If you will travel to Spain If you are travelling from a country that does NOT belong to the European Union or does NOT have the status of a Schengen associated country<: • IF you HAVE AN EU DCC, OR EU EQUIVALENT, you do not need to complete the SpTH Health Control Form. When you arrive at the airport follow the ORANGE path. • IF you DO NOT HAVE AN EU DCC, OR EU EQUIVALENT you must complete the Health Control Form, SpTH. Upon arrival at the airport follow the BLUE path.
