Would love to move to Digifinex but it is not

supported in the United States. That is the issue, hence the questions about what happens on the 25th to our tokens. Legit question that is not answered in the Token Swap document. Which is why this question will continue to be asked. We are supportive of XDB and want to understand what will happen if KuCoin or other US supported exchanges do not support the swap before the 25th. Please do not remove the message. 🫣

Just to be clear on this, $XDB as a digital and utility type token is not regulated. Exchanges are regulated, projects are not unless they are securities or provide financial services in certain countries. As already answered above. All responsibility is on the participating exchange side that has to ensure to adhere to compliance framework to the concerned jurisdiction of users.
