Sorry, teleport still in maintenance process?

Wax don't have any fee for transaction. And the resources consumed for any transaction totally depends upon the load on chain.. if less transactions than your resources will be less utilized.

The gas fee on chain isn't what we decide or in our control. We try our best to keep to low for everyone. A while ago explorers were having issue when bnb was asking crazy high gas fee in 100 of dollars. Now Dev team is working on couple of things to make the process of teleport better and smooth than earlier.

1) dtal is directly propotional to the land ratings. Consider total dtal as a pool for all Lands and the land with more ratings will get better share of if.. If your land ratings is same or increasing at constant speed and still your dtal is dropped means other lands ahead of yours land now and have better ratings and getting better share from the dtal pool. To improve this I'll say boost more more often and open more slots if possible for you.
