Hi! Sorry for the delay. This is the DAO Treasury wallet holding locked PERP (non-circulating supply): 0xC49F76a596D6200E4f08F8931D15B69DD1f8033E This wallet holds all remaining PERP allocated for 'Rewards and Ecosystem' which is 54.8% of total supply = 82.2MM PERP (REF: https://support.perp.com/hc/en-us/articles/5748445892761#heading-2) So far several DAO proposals have deployed funds from this wallet - 21MM for rewards, grants and bootstrapping - 20MM for establishing the MME (market making entity) - 5MM for establishing the Security Entity (audits, bug bounties) - Other small amounts for community programs (e.g. mods) You can see these proposals at vote.perp.fi This leaves roughly 36.5MM PERP. Appreciate the question @CookieFevereiro, it's good to refresh this in my memory. Should probably also update our support doc on the subject!

on the second paragraph you say "This wallet holds all remaining PERP allocated for 'Rewards and Ecosystem' which is 54.8% of total supply = 82.2MM PERP", you mean the wallet above?

Ah sorry it wasn't totally clear. The initial allocation for Rewards & Ecosystem was 82.2MM PERP, back in 2020. Of that amount, 36.5MM remains locked, and a lot of the rest remains unspent in MME and SE budgets. The 21MM PERP deployed in Q1 2021 for rewards etc., has mostly been distributed at this point.

Thank you, so just one more question, I've found a second address that seems to hold company funds (0xD374225abB84DCA94e121F0B8A06B93E39aD7a99), should we subtract this one from the total too? (to get the circulating supply)

'Circulating Supply' could be determined in a number of ways, which you can see by the differences between different sources. E.g. Coingecko, CMC and Binance all show different numbers (last I checked). The team considers the locked DAO wallet (36MM PERP) and PERP locked in ve (>24MM PERP) to be 'non-circulating'. All other PERP is considered to be in circulation.
