link to an exchange to cash out?
Why worried I’m kyc for 11 years
Well if you transferred out a small fiat value crypto then transfer in a high fiat value crypto many years later im thinking about what they call it... origin of funds or something
Depends on the country in the Netherlands we just pay a small tax on all assets you own if the total value is above 60-120k
What I don't understand is; what is stopping you from transferring to a ledger then accesssing it in another country with laxed CT tax laws
Cos you need to be a resident etc for tax law. Do what you want where you want but if you don't follow your resident country tax law and they catch you you're gonna have a bad time. What everyone should be doing is becoming a resident of crypto friendly tax havens now.
But nothing stops you ofc that your company becomes tax resident 😄
Yeah. Okay. Big deal, so we move to the cayman islands or panama, access the ledger there, bring the funds out through a bank, declare it as an inheritence and tell the IRS seeya later we aren't coming back. Also, why not just tell them you lost your ledger if worst comes to worst? Or does the IRS tax missing capital gains as well regardless?
