I have made a transaction from my metamask wallet to my kucoin exchange account using your dapps Subbridge.io but accidentally i used wrong chain. I choose Pha cain instead of khala chain i.e. my tokens are stuck on pha chain and i'm not able to transfer that. Can you please help me to transfer if its possible.

Well, this issue can only be solved using kucoin, we will not be able to influence this in any way

They have access to that wallet so they can technically transfer those tokens, they might charge you a fee to handle it if it is a large amount otherwise they might not be interested in doing it. We always invite the community to write here if you have any doubts before making irreversible mistakes, sorry.
